If the scholarship application is approved, we will need this information to contact the parent/guardian and enroll the child in the desired class or workshop.

By submitting this scholarship application, you acknowledge that you will be agreeing to abide by each of the Turner Center’s class policies, listed below, if your scholarship is approved. Some of these policies are class-specific, however, you will still need to agree with all policies. PLEASE NOTE: Failure to follow these policies may result in excusal from class without a transfer, as our policies are designed to protect and assist each of our patrons (e.g., closed-toe shoes are our only attire policy and are required to protect our patrons from sharp objects such as glass, etc.).
