In the spirit of the holiday season…
…the Lowndes/Valdosta Arts Commission and the Annette Howell Turner Center for the Arts are grateful for so many things…and, YOU are at the top of our list! Creative spaces are essential to all communities; and your continued support of the Turner Center has helped us contribute to the sustainability of our local community, economy, tourism, schools, and neighborhoods, and so much more, through creativity and innovation.
Together, we have so much to look forward to in 2022, such as Presenter Series performances, SCORE classical music concerts, DrawProject auction to raise scholarship funds for VSU art students, Youth Art Month, Spring Into Art, American Soundtrack, Music in the Art Park, ARToberfest, seven art exhibits throughout the year, art and music classes, book signings, the Art Explorations partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of Valdosta, an exquisite Gift Shop, and our two newest additions to our campus – the Glass Art Studio and the Children’s Imagination Station that open in 2022. As you consider your end-of-year giving, we invite you to think about what the arts mean to you, your family, our community and our world.
