At the Turner Center for the Arts, we believe wholeheARTedly in the capability of artistic expression to enrich life. Whether you’re looking for ways to unwind after a long day, hope to pick up a new hobby, want to spend quality family time, are seeking a career as an artist, or want to increase your involvement in the arts, we have an outlet for you! Beginner-friendly classes at the Turner Center offer a variety of opportunities to become involved in artistic expression through active arts, ceramics and pottery, culinary arts, digital arts, drawing, fiber art, glass arts, literary arts, mixed media, painting, and music. Join us to create beautiful experiences in offerings designed for new, aspiring, and current artists of all ages! Please remember that many courses are extremely popular and will sell out quickly. Register early to begin your journey in art at Turner Center for the Arts.

Choose your desired class(es) from the drop-down labeled “Select Art Category” or scroll to view all the options. Check the calendar for open class dates. You can always use the “Back” button to view and add classes to your cart or use the “Book Another” option.

(Please Note: All classes have a minimum time required before booking closes, set per class by instructor. Most are 12 hours prior, so if you do not see an available open day on the month, please check the following month or contact Art Education Administrator Adia McGhee, [email protected]. Not every class is offered every month and dates/times are subject to change per instructors’ needs.)
