RULES FOR ELIGIBILITY
1. An artist may enter one or two original works of their own creation (no reproductions).
2. An artist must complete an entry form and pay the $40 or $60 entry fee by Friday, March 27, 2026.
3. All works must be offered for sale. Prices should include a 30% commission that will be paid to AHTCA for works sold during, or as a direct result of showing in this exhibit.
4. Artists must be 18 years or older to participate.
5. All works must have been created in the last two years and not previously shown at the AHTCA.
6. Two-dimensional works cannot exceed 61 inches in height or width, including the frame, and must be ready to hang by one point upon delivery.
7. Hanging pieces must not exceed 50 lbs.
8. Three-dimensional works must be stable and shall not exceed 90 pounds in weight or 72 inches in any dimension.
9. Works that are exceptionally fragile, have wet paint, require special installation or electrical supply will not be accepted.
10. Absolutely no works may be removed from the show until after June 10, 2026.
11. The AHTCA reserves the right to reject any artwork or exclude from award consideration for rule infraction.
ARTIST REQUIREMENT
Participants are required to determine and provide the title, selling price and medium, for each entry. The selling price should include the 30% commission for the Turner Center for the Arts. Entry forms should be completely filled out upon submission, including all of the requested artwork information. No revisions to artwork information will be accepted after end of day Friday, March 27, 2026. Artwork that does not meet the rules of eligibility may result in rejection from exhibit or exclusion for award consideration.
Note: Slides or images of works are not required or reviewed for approval.

Important Dates:
Spring Into Art Ends – Wednesday, June 10, 2026
Artwork will remain on display until 6pm on June 10.
Art Pickup* – Thursday & Friday, June 11 and 12, 2026
All works must be picked up from the Turner Center on Thursday, from 10am-6pm or Friday, from 10am-4pm. Works selected for the Colson Calendar will be ready for pickup at a later date (selected artists will be notified)
*Artwork not collected by August 13, 2026 will be forfeited to the Turner Center and possibly discarded.
