No IMPROVment® Class Tonight

Participants learn to move their body to multiple auditory prompts. At the core of this class is the thought that multiple movements can emerge from a single cue. There are no “wrong” movement choices. Participants are free to take chances in a relaxed atmosphere free from preconceived notions of outcomes. Our instructors are certified and trained in IMPROVment®.
