ARToberfest General Information
- Staff Support: Turner Center staff and volunteers will be present on site throughout the day to assist artists, including booth sitting breaks throughout the event.
- Artist Parking: Parking in the Art Park will be available to unload during set up. Vendors will move cars to the Turner Center Galleries parking lot after unloading. Cars prohibited in the Art Park parking lot after 8:30 a.m. NO CARS ARE PERMITTED TO DRIVE OR PARK IN THE GRASS for any reason.
- Tents/Tables: Tents are not required, but recommended. Tent must be staked or weighted. Tables and chairs are available at no fee, upon request. Indicate the number of tables/chairs needed on the application.
ARToberfest Eligibility & Policies
- All artwork displayed and presented for sale must be designed and created by the approved artist(s).
- No factory produced items may be shown or sold.
- Photography/Digital Art: Original Photography only. Prints of original work are permitted.
- The artist certifies that the submitted images represent current original work and represent the category and body of art that will be displayed at the ARToberfest.
- Acceptance is non-transferable. Booths may not be shared.
- ARToberfest is drug-free. No smoking is allowed in the Turner Center Art Park or parking lot.
- Artists must remain throughout the duration of ARtoberfest. No breakdown prior to 4 p.m.
- Vendors are responsible for sales as well as collecting and remitting local sales tax to the state’s Department of Revenue, as required by law.
Vendor Space
- Spaces are 12’ by 12’ and work must be contained within the assigned space.
- Please include any special needs or requests in designated space on registration form.
