Eligibility, Policies & Guidelines
1. This is a fine arts festival. Selling items such as boutique-style clothing is prohibited.
2. All artwork displayed and presented for sale must be designed and created by the approved artist(s).
3. No factory produced items may be shown or sold.
4. Photography/Digital Art: Original Photography only. Prints of original work are permitted.
5. The artist certifies that the submitted images represent current original work and represent the category and body of art that will be displayed at the event.
6. Acceptance is non-transferable. Booths may not be shared.
7. This event is drug-free. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the Turner Center Campus.
8. Artists must remain throughout the duration of the event. No breakdown prior to 3 pm.
9. Artists may not lean on or hang anything on the gallery walls.
10. Vendors are responsible for sales as well as collecting and remitting local sales tax to the state’s Department of Revenue, as required by law.

Vendor Space
1. Spaces are 8′ x10′ and work must be contained within the assigned space.
2. Please include any special needs or requests in designated space on registration form.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is necessary, please notify the Turner Center for the Arts at 229.247.2787 48 hours before the event.
