The Toy Shoppe, an original musical written by Kenny Rogers, kicks off another national tour this Christmas season. The heart-warming play, featuring a story of love, faith and appreciation for the value of every individual, toured for seven years and included an eight-week run in New York City.
This enchanting family musical focuses on Longley’s Toy Shoppe, a place filled with magic, wonders and miracles for nearly 100 years. Here, toys come to life and children gather to hear stories by owner Hank Longley, wonderfully portrayed by renowned actor Alan Thicke, star of the hit TV series Growing Pains.
Longley’s Toy Shoppe is threatened by big business, progress and a fast-paced changing world. But Hank hangs on with his group of kids and a bit of magic in a place where the little things are important. Songs by Kenny Rogers that garnered a gold album and beloved holiday classics delight and inspire. If it’s a miracle you’re looking for, you’ll find it right here in The Toy Shoppe.

Priority seating will be given to Season Package purchasers. Individual tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. All tickets will be assigned and mailed prior to each performance.
