Join us for our Sugared Egg Culinary Class! These gorgeous, hollow eggs are made entirely of sugar, with a little window opening, and decorated in pastel color frosting. Inside these keepsake eggs are objects no bigger than a thumbnail – usually an Easter or spring scene. The egg shells are made by packing a sugar and water mixture into molds, and when the outside shell has hardened miniature worlds can be made of paper, plastic or molded and dyed sugar.
