Class meets the 4th Saturday of each month | 10am-1pm
Begin journaling in 2025, with an artistic twist – journal using various fiber art techniques! These beginner-friendly classes will cover a different fiber art project to include in your journal each month, including an introduction to techniques such as rug hooking, weaving, silk painting, wool and raw edge applique, slow stitching, standing wool, and needle and wet felting. In January, students will design and create a cover for their journals. Students will have the option to draw their own design for the journal cover or trace a pattern. Students will then learn the rug hooking techniques needed to start creating their journal covers, and be able to take their supplies home to finish on their own time prior to the next class!
