Get a Portrait with your Pup in the Art Park

Smile and say “TREATS!” with your pooch for a portrait in the Turner Center Art Park on Sat., April 24 from 10 a.m. to Noon. Sponsored by the Southern Hound Club, the event includes live music, a food vendor, and a kid’s craft area all on top of taking family photos with your furry friends.

Photographer June Collins will capture a “fetching” photo of you and your pup. There is a $10 fee for the photo session, or a donation of pet food, which will benefit the Humane Society of Valdosta/Lowndes County.

Live entertainment will be provided by local music group, Dabbit Trio. Kona Ice will be the food vendor on site and kids will enjoy “paw-some” crafts. This family event is sure to be a doggone good time.
