Learn to move in response to multiple auditory prompts. These classes offer students the ability to use their bodies and movement to make art. Through dance and other movements, students can express themselves freely in a safe, non-judgmental space and feel refreshed both in mind and body. Our instructor is certified and trained in IMPROVment®.
