Circus of Colors: Exploring the Master Artists
Painting & Drawing
Summer Art Camp 2024

May 28-31 | Ages 6-12 | 10am-3pm | SOLD OUT
$225 | $215 MEMBER

This summer camp is Tuesday through Friday, 10am-3pm. Students will benefit from a 4 to 1 student to teacher/assistant ratio and the tutelage of the Turner Center’s Artists in Residence, Christine Cabral and Annette Crosby. Artist Nancy Crombie will be assisting this camp. Projects in this camp will provide students with knowledge on the ideas of famous artists, as they apply their methods to their own circus-themed artwork. Each student will be responsible for bringing a packed lunch and a reusable water bottle, while snacks will be provided by the Center throughout the day. Please avoid peanuts in your lunches, as it is a common high-level allergy. Lunch break location will be on the Center’s campus, which includes the Galleries, Art Park, Art Annex, Hudson Pottery Studio, Richard Hill Glass Studio, and (coming soon) the Meta Shaw Coleman Children’s Imagination Station. Lunch break will most likely to be in one of the first three locations, subject to change at the Center’s discretion.
