ABOUT THE CHEF:
Greg Yale has been in the kitchens of local Valdosta favorites for 15 years, and it’s certain you have probably had one of his special dishes or desserts at some time or another. Greg is a professional chef specializing in restaurant consulting and food marketing. His father served in the United States Air Force and his childhood was spent living in different parts of the world with his parents and siblings. He has had the unique experience of enjoying food from kitchens across the ocean in addition to his family’s Southern/Cajun traditions. Greg has worked every facet of the industry. He started throwing pies in a legendary pizza establishment and rose to train as a Sous chef, eventually emerging as an Executive Chef in fine dining restaurants. When he isn’t cooking for family and friends, Greg enjoys a pint during a soccer match, traveling with his girls, the New Orleans Saints, and different kinds of music & art.
